We are interested in both individual essays as well as groups of essays from particular areas. We are open to publishing essays about anyone on earth. We work with philosophy departments and other organizations to bring local philosophy to their communities, either through conferences or content in our digital magazine.
All essays are written for a general audience and blend philosophy, journalism, and other disciplines together in order to connect potent and engaging ideas with particular places. Essays can be of any length but are generally between 2,500 and 4,000 words.
